Q. Are you sure you can colour match to my car?

A. We carry over 600 colours in stock so can colour match to almost any car.  

Q.Do I have to leave my car with you and how long will it take??

A. We are a fully mobile service so we come to you at a date and time that suits - both at home and at work, whichever is most convenient to you.
We carry power in the vehicle so can complete the repair  almost anywhere.
Repairs take from 30 minutes  up to two hours depending on  the severity of damage  - you do not have to leave your car with us overnight.

Q. What if it's raining?

A.  We can do the repair in most conditions, but unfortunately not in rain or snow.  We need the vehicle to be dry.
If the weather is adverse and there is no where to get the vehicle under cover we will re-book your appointment on a date and time convenient to you.

Q.  Can I ask for a quote and is there a charge.

A. We offer a free no obligation quote and will only take on the repair if we feel we can do an excellent job of it.  If we are not satisfied with the repair then we will not charge for it.
